What EigenAge is
EigenAge reads laboratory reports you upload and shows each marker against two ranges: the one your laboratory printed, and an optimal range drawn from published research. It is a reading tool. It does not perform tests and it is not a laboratory.
It is not medical advice
Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for a clinician. Optimal ranges come from published populations and may not fit you. Decisions about your health belong with a doctor who knows your history. If a value worries you, take it to one.
Your account
One account per person, and you must be 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself: anything done under your account is treated as done by you.
What you pay
Access costs 5 US dollars a month, charged in advance. Card payments are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record — the purchase contract is with them, and their terms govern the transaction itself. Payments in USDC on Solana buy a fixed prepaid period and are made directly to us.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like. Access runs to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. No notice period, no exit fee, no email to write.
What you upload stays yours
Your documents, and the values read out of them, remain yours. You give us only what running the service needs: storing them, reading them, and showing them back to you. We do not sell them, and we do not train anything on them.
Using it fairly
Upload only documents that are yours or that you have permission to hold. Do not resell access, scrape the service, or try to break or overload it.
No guarantee it is right, or up
The service is provided as it is, without warranty. Reading values out of a PDF is imperfect and occasionally wrong, so check anything surprising against the document itself, which stays available to download. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Ending it
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours for any other reason, we refund the unused part of whatever you paid.
Changes
These terms may change. Anything material is emailed to you before it takes effect, and the date above always says when this version was written.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador.
