What we hold
Your email address, a scrypt hash of your password rather than the password, the documents you upload and the values read out of them, a record of what you paid and when, and ordinary server logs.
Why we hold it
To run the service and nothing else. Your documents exist so we can show you your own results over time. There is no secondary use.
Your card never reaches us
Checkout is hosted by Gumroad. Card numbers are entered on their page, not ours, and never touch our server or our logs. We see only that a payment succeeded.
Who else can see it
Gumroad, for payments. Resend, for the single email this service sends, which is a password reset. The hosting provider that runs the server and the database. Nobody else. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers, employers or insurers.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Records of payments are kept for as long as tax law requires, because keeping them is not our choice.
Deleting your account
Email support@eigenage.org from the account address and ask. The account, the uploaded documents and every value read out of them are deleted within thirty days, and deletion is permanent.
Cookies
One, which keeps you signed in. There is no tracking cookie, no analytics, and no advertising pixel anywhere on this site.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt and are not recoverable, by us or by anyone who takes the database. Traffic runs over TLS. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if one of ours fails in a way that affects you.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your data, you are emailed before it takes effect.
